The Upe Residence Village continues to grow – with each new house closer to a complete community.
In April 2025, a house was completed and available for viewing at Plūmju Street 6 – with high-quality finishing and a built-in kitchen.
From May 10, Plūmju Street 2A will be available for viewing, and in mid-May, the houses at Upeņu Street 5 and Upeņu Street 7 are expected to be handed over.
